Vision
No one should have to mask, shrink, or reshape themselves to fit in. I want to play my part in creating a fair society where difference is not only tolerated or included but genuinely valued and celebrated – where no one faces barriers that keep them from participating in community life, doing impactful work, and having experiences that bring them joy, rest, and safety.
Mission
We work with values-led organisations to build workplaces, services, experiences and community spaces that are inclusive and accessible by design – so that everyone can do impactful work and fully participate in community life.

I believe we all share a responsibility to build a world where everyone has fair access to social, political, and economic rights and opportunities.
I’m not interested in making people fit into systems that were never designed with them in mind. Instead, my work sits in the tension between the world as it is and the world as it should be – breaking down existing barriers and driving systemic change so that everyone can truly belong. I’m committed to creating real, lasting change, particularly for those at the intersection of multiple systems of oppression, both in the workplace and in wider society.

I strive to work collaboratively and in partnership with those who share my values and goals, and I’m committed to creating opportunities for others in my community.
